    - Fixed git, libressl, and ncurses.
    - Removed popt as only rsync required it.
    - Removed __PSX_DEFAULT_ROOT_DIRECTORY psxscl patch as chroot(8) can be used instead.
    - Swapped 204.psxscl.build with 205.ntcon.build.
